Dunbabin Room & Gallery Hire for Events
The bright and spacious Dunbabin room is available to rent to groups, organisations and individuals for exhibitions,workshops, courses, meetings, public and private events. The room can accommodate up to 50 people with access to the adjacent kitchen and toilets. The room has a solid wood floor, window blinds, heating and has multiple electrical sockets. We can provide up to 50 chairs and 15 trestle tables for use. The Dunbabin Room is located in a separate building behind the main gallery with access to the gallery car park.

-The Dunbabin art room is available to hire from £15.00 per hour – there are tea and coffee making facilities available to use for smaller groups.
-The Willow Gallery space is available to hire from £35.00 per hour (outside of our usual opening hours 9.30am-5.00pm Monday – Saturday and dependent on availability).
We can cater to your private event, be it a family gathering or a corporate event.
Willow Gallery offers a great space to host events for up to 110 guests for live events, including music/art/drama or award/presentation evenings, with the Willow Eatery being able to offer food and drinks to accompany your event, or to host smaller private events.
Willow Eatery can offer:
*Teas/coffees in pump pots /from £1.50 per person.
*Cakes /from £2.00 person
*Buffet lunch options start /from £5.00 per person.
*Drinks reception with canapés /priced according to requirements
*Private evening or Sunday events /priced according to requirements
(however we can cater for 1-3 course meals, or a more casual buffet option depending what type of event you are looking for)
We are licensed within the gallery space according to set hours, so please discuss if you may require this option to be available for your event.
