The Spanish Influence Exhibition is proving popular with gallery visitors. It includes a collection of Photographs, Paintings and Sculptures with a Spanish Influence. Featuring the work of Spanish artists Boris de Benito Martinez, Ana Villaneva, Rosa Fierro, Manuel Garcia and Pedro Fresnadillo, the exhibition takes place in the main gallery space. The colourful Glass-work of Chrissie Smith is also on display.
Local artist Cordelia Weedon also features where she includes the photography of her father as an aspect of her work. Displayed alongside poems written by her mother, it is clear to see the importance of family as an inspiration to her own photography where she draws upon Spanish culture and memories of her childhood in Spain.
With just under a week left there is still time to see the works in the Willow Gallery- the exhibition ends on Saturday 14th!
