The Discerning Palette
Our experience of colour is intensely personal, powerful yet nuanced.
The work in this exhibition gathers personal explorations evoked by a single
colour.
For some of the artists, the intricacy of colour becomes a way of expressing
complex ideas in an increasingly polarised world. Other artists use colour in an
expressive way, delighting in the physicality of different media, inviting us into the
worlds they create.
